Himalayan Salt Wedding Favors & Décor for Event Planners

Heart and petal candle holders, carved lamps, and name-engraved 3D salt lamps in event quantities — for wedding planners, favor suppliers and event décor companies.

A Favor Guests Actually Keep

Most wedding favors are forgotten on the table. A small piece of glowing Himalayan salt tends to go home with the guest, because it is a genuinely attractive object and it does something useful — hold a tealight. Each piece is cut from natural rock salt, so no two are identical, which suits an occasion built around something one-of-a-kind.

We supply wedding planners, favor and gift-box companies, and event décor firms directly from our own mine and factory at Warcha, Pakistan. That matters for events more than for most orders: you are buying in a single batch, to a fixed date, and you need the pieces to match each other closely enough to sit on the same set of tables.

Three Ways Salt Pieces Are Used at Weddings

Most event orders combine two or three of the following, rather than picking only one.

  • Guest favors — small carved candle holders, most often the heart (AGCH-010) and petal (AGCH-013) designs, one per place setting
  • Table and venue décor — natural two- and three-hole tealight holders and carved heart and rose flower lamps used as low-light centerpieces
  • Keepsakes for the couple and family — the 3D Wedding Couple and Paris Couple lamps, or a personalized plate lamp with a brass name plaque
  • Engraved pieces — the engraved-heart lamp (AGFSL-0066) with the couple’s names cut into the crystal, as a gift for parents or the wedding party

Planning Around a Fixed Date

The biggest difference between an event order and an ordinary retail order is that the date cannot move. Production plus sea freight typically runs six to nine weeks to most Western ports, and that is before customs clearance and onward delivery to the venue. For catalogue designs with no personalization, we recommend placing the order at least three months before the event.

Personalized pieces need more time again. Names, dates, and custom wording have to be set up and proofed with you before anything is cut, and a personalized run is produced as one batch. If the order includes engraved keepsakes, allow extra time on top of that three-month guide, and confirm the exact spelling of names before the proof is approved — engraved salt cannot be corrected afterwards.

Consistency, Packing and Presentation

Because each piece is natural rock salt, color varies from pale to deep pink and every crystal face is slightly different. For favors, that variation is part of the appeal; for table décor, tell us if you need a tighter color match and we will grade the batch accordingly. Pieces are packed in cushioned unit boxes inside master cartons, and private-label gift boxes — printed with the couple’s names, a monogram, or your planning company’s branding — can be filled and sealed at the factory.

We describe these pieces as what they are: decorative natural objects with a warm glow. We do not attach health or air-quality claims to them, and we suggest any favor tags or cards do the same.

On the day, a few practical points help. Tealights should stay in their metal cups inside the holders, holders should sit on a stable surface away from table linen and floral arrangements, and venue staff should know that any piece used outdoors needs to be brought in before dew or rain — salt pulls moisture from the air. If the venue does not allow open flames, battery tealights fit the same cavities and still light the salt nicely.

Minimums and Getting a Quote

Candle holders start at 500 units or a mixed pallet, which suits most guest-favor counts for a single large wedding or several smaller events ordered together. Lamps and personalized pieces can be added to the same shipment. Send us the event date, guest count, the designs you are considering, and your delivery country, and we will quote FOB Karachi or CIF your port and confirm whether the timeline is realistic before you commit.

Frequently Asked

How far ahead should a wedding planner order salt favors?

At least three months before the event for catalogue designs, since production and sea freight take six to nine weeks. Allow more time for personalized or engraved pieces, which need a proof approved before cutting.

Which salt pieces work best as individual guest favors?

Small carved tealight holders — the heart and petal designs are the most common — one per place setting, often in a printed private-label gift box.

Can you engrave the couple’s names on a salt lamp?

Yes, either on a brass name plaque fitted to a 3D plate lamp or cut into an engraved-heart lamp. Names are proofed with you before production, since engraved salt cannot be corrected afterwards.

Will all the favors in an order look the same?

They will match in design and size, but natural rock salt varies in color and texture. Tell us if you need a closer color match and we will grade the batch for it.
